A collaboration between Beam Development and Gaw Capital, the Mason Ehrman Annex renovation in the Old Town/Chinatown district in northwest Portland converted an existing 30,000 sf warehouse into creative office space and ground floor retail. The renovation celebrated the historic character of the 1930’s warehouse, highlighting the exposed concrete and heavy timber structural elements, while introducing modern amenities that serve a new tenant mix. The renovation included the completion of the phased seismic upgrade to the occupied Mason Ehrman tower.
