811 SE Stark Street

811 Stark is a new ground-up creative office/retail development located at the intersection of SE Stark Street and SE Sandy Boulevard in Portland’s CEID. The exposed heavy-timber design by Works Partnership Architecture includes three 24,000 sf floors of open office space, above-ground floor retail and a small parking garage. Portland’s CEID has emerged as one of the principal hubs for creative office users on the west coast of the United States. Local and regional firms, as well as national and multi-national companies, are increasingly focused on this district, especially those in Portland’s growing tech, apparel, and digital media sectors. The proximity to close-in, dense residential neighborhoods, along with the authentic, historic aesthetic of the district, have attracted cultural creatives to the Central Eastside for over a decade.
