"CENTRL Office opened its doors on the new space this week, welcoming a few early tenants that Hughes characterized as beta tenants as the coworking space gets up and running. CENTRL has 22,000 square feet of space across two floors of the building, which also includes about 75 residential units, ground-floor retail and on-site parking.
